I found some great new stamps. They are from a group called Bombshell Stamps. I think they are so cool. I was just checking out craft sites when I came across them. When I saw this set I knew what I wanted to do with them. I had found this cowhide paper a long time ago and had been holding it waiting for just the right project. I think I found it. I made another version of the stationary box which completely unfolds. I have joined the Bombshell Forum and and cannot wait to get some feed back from them. I have now ordered some other stamps and can't wait to play with them. If you get a chance take a look I've never seen this type of stamp anywhere else. Let me know what you think.

Baby Shower Card
I received a request for a baby shower card. This type of card is always fun to make. The chipboard all supplied by Maya Road, one of my favorites, always adds great detail to any project. I used german glass glitter on all the pieces. I did get a little tired cutting each strip of the scalloped pieces but I think it makes a great background. Onto making some more new items. I have all kinds of ideas swirling around in my head. Til next time....

Altered Canvas Book & Garland
I've been a busy little bee. These are a couple of projects we will be displaying at the crop we will be attending this weekend. I'm excited to show everyone how they can use the products we carry and turn them into some great projects. Both the book and the garland are from Maya Road. I love their products!! I did use a lot of our products that we carry from Maya Road, Simple Stories and then some left over items I had from other projects. I really enjoyed making them and can not wait to hear the feed back...til next time...I already have several projects going at once.

Preparing
In the process of getting ready for a crop this weekend. We have a friend hosting a gathering of her 55 closest friends...LOL! for a full day of fun. Happy Hour Crafts is taking their products for sell. I'm in the process of making up several samples of our products. I love spending time with other scrappers. Love seeing what everyone is making. I also seem to get inspiration by watching others working on their projects. So off to spend a little more time in my craft room and see what I can come up with...til next time

Shadowbox Book
I have finished my latest project. I found this idea online several months ago inspired by Shelley Haganman. I love this idea binding two shadowboxes together. Many of the supplies are from Maya Road including the two shadowboxes. It was fun to see how the finally result would come out. I just took each individual window with no idea what I was going to do. I knew I wanted it to focus on family. Included which can be seen in the last pic is a hidden mini album. I plan on including some family pics in it. I will be showing this project at a upcoming crop that I will be attending. I can't wait to hear what kind of feed back I get from everyone. I'm off to start on the next project. I'm excited about it it includes some new stamps I just got in. Till next time....

Taking the dive
Sorry no new pics today, but I am working on something. For several years I have had many people tell me I really needed to try and get my name out into the craft world. I always just said I knew. I knew and believed in my talent but I guess fear kept me from trying. I kept getting encouraging words from so many people. It was always on my mind. I kept asking myself why was I so scared. Was I scared of the rejection? Was I scared fellow crafters would not think I had any talent? Well I finally had to look at myself in the mirror and tell myself I could do this. I spoke to friend who told me how to get started. So....I did it! I have been submitting my projects to different groups for the last week and a half. I've been getting back some great feedback. Now its the waiting game but I did it! Finally! Deep breathe...LOL! I have finally come to terms that not everybody is going to like what I make and that's okay, somebody else is really going to love it. I guess my craft is helping me grow in more than one way. Will keep everyone updated. Wish me luck!!
