Message Board

This is a message board I made for my friend Prissy for Christmas.  I found these signs clearance at Michaels after Halloween.  When I saw them I couldn't stop thinking of the possibilities.  I love the black crow at the top.  I made some flowers using some old zippers I found at the thrift store.  The sugar skulls are stamps from Bombshell Stamps.  I love these stamps and they make a great accent to this project. The bottom circular flowers are the magnets.  I found these at Michaels also.    Prissy said she loved it which made me very happy.  Thanks for stopping by!

Altered Letters

Here is great gift idea.  I found this altered letter idea on Pinterest.com using foil to cover.  I added my own touch using zippers I found at my local thrift store and also made a rose out of plastic spoons.  I found this idea on Pinterest too.  On my letter "G" I used a stamp from one of my friends new stamp line called Antiquated Collection by Lisa Pace.  I think they came out cool and are very simple to make.  Thanks again for stopping by to check out my projects.

Wine Basket Tags

I thought I was done with tags, but for a friend I made a few more.  She is giving a couple wine basket away for Christmas  and wanted some fun tags.  I used stamps from Smeared Ink which includes the stamps "Steampunk Sugar Plum Fairy" and on the second tag is 'Sipping Buddy".  Both of these stamps make me laugh.  On my second tag I used a skeleton stamp for the background by Bombshell Stamps.  I think she will get a real kick out of both tags.  Thanks for stopping by.  

Smeared Ink Weekly Challenge....Gothic Christmas

This weeks challenge from Smeared Ink is gothic Christmas.  I recently purchased some of their new holiday digi stamps.  I saw this idea of making a charm so I decreased the size of the same to fit my charm.  This package is for my Granny who I think will get a kick out of this digi stamp title "Drinking Buddy".  Very simple and fun to make.  I attached jump rings on them so will be very easy to attach to her key ring. More Christmas tags

Yes I said it more tags.  These two tags have supplies that can all be bought at your local craft store.  I bought all my at Hobby Lobby.  I will finally get to my wrapping and use my tags.  I love to make my own tags each year.  It allows me to add just a special touch to each package.  I hope everyone is having a great start to your holiday season.  Thanks for stopping by!!

More Christmas Tags

Here are some more tags I am making this season.  Lots of embossing and distress ink.  I also found a use for some of my scraps by making some mini rosettes on the first tag.  I think these tags are very simple but elegant.  They will look great on any package.  Thanks for stopping in!!

Bombshell Stamps December Sketch Challenge

Bringing sexy back to Christmas.  LOL!!  Here is another tag I made for this season.  I used a stamp from Bombshell Stamps.
